In the district in question there is such extreme hardship and poverty that it leads to the abandonment of children and young people in the street. They live on alms and petty thefts and are subjugated and enslaved by a local drug called ‘mira’.
Finalità
The medical-social Dispensary mentioned in the Project is already present and aims to collect these young people and children and to help them from a medical and psychological point of view.
